At TNC, our innovative program and experiences enable participants to learn, retain and maintain skills needed for a successful transition to post-school work and life.
Pre-Vocational experiences include:
- Custom Apparel Decoration - screen printing and embroidery
- Culinary Arts & Retail Management at TNC Chocolate Lab
- Laundering - wash, fold, steam, and customer interface
- Tech & Media - graphic design, writing, editing, media and newsletters
- Retail, Warehouse & Fulfillment - pick/pack, inventory, shipping and customer interface

Summer Program: 6-week program offering skills maintenance, safe community navigation, vocational training at work settings and community-based opportunities.

With a focus on creating inclusive employment opportunities, The Nicholas Center offers a Supported Employment Program, supporting individuals on the job and has been instrumental in the creation and success of micro-businesses.
