TNC's vocational support, inclusive partnerships and initiatives impact hundreds of Autistic individuals each year. Our professional and credentialed staff help our participants reach their goals and learn new skills.
Offers the opportunity to explore, train and experience a variety of jobs in training settings as well as on the job experiences. TNC emphasizes:

-and skills exploring preferences, talents and dreams without limitations.
TNC's Navigator Program offers opportunities in the community to experience work skills for non-profit organizations and businesses.
Offering training, supported employment and the opportunity for creative expression in the Culinary Arts and retail management at our neighborhood chocolate shop.
Participants learn the art of candle making, fostering creativity and skills. Participants gain vocational skills as they learn each step of the candle-making process, as well as packaging, order fulfillment and inventory!

Offers the opportunity to learn and offer a myriad of administrative fulfillment tasks, including sales, order fulfillment, inventory, mailings, packaging, shipping and more for local businesses and non-profit organizations in our community.
Through The Nicholas Center's Supported Employment Program (SEMP), our trained staff provide job development and job placement services based on an individual's interests and skills. Individuals are supported at work with the goal of fostering confidence, building independence, securing internships and gaining meaningful employment. This program is available to: individuals and families, businesses and community community partnerships and vendors.
Offers the opportunity to operate a snack business from soup to nuts including inventory, purchasing, customer relations and sales.
The Nicholas Center supports individuals to learn critical life skills, improve social and communication abilities, gain vocational training and jobs and engage in meaningful community projects. With a focus on creating inclusive employment opportunities, The Nicholas Center offers a Supported Employment Program, supporting individuals on the job and has been instrumental in the creation and success of micro-businesses.
